Jed works with adolescents and adults in New York and Colorado who want to change the way they think and operate, toward achieving greater satisfaction out of life. Jed specializes in helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, OCD, dating, parenting, assertiveness and communication issues. He has both personal and professional experience dealing with the complex challenges that making big life transitions can bring.

Jed received a Bachelors degree in psychology from SUNY Binghamton in 2015 and a Master’s degree in Social work in 2018. Jed has experience with psychology research, case management, school social work, day treatment programs and he has been helping people achieve their goals via individual psychotherapy sessions, his true passion, since 2017.
